Penny is one of our Joint Practice Managers. She joined the practice in 2021 as part of the nursing team, later returned as a receptionist handling insurance claims, and was promoted to her current role. Her experience across different areas of the practice gives a unique insight into patient care and day to day operations. Penny is approachable, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making every client feel welcome.
